From 1961 - 1967 my father raced this car at the old Jackson Sports Arena in Jackson MS. Dad bought her from "Skeeter" Morehead of Morton. Mr. Morehead got it from Johnny Baker of Jackson. In 1968 it threw a rod, was dismantled and towed behind the barn. Over the past 35 years a substantial junk pile grew around the old car. Thanksgiving 2003 Dad and I decided to rebuild the car. This is the only picture we have of the car from its hay-day.
